At DF we are focused on bringing our customers the best quality food and service. Fresh food sourced from the best of local suppliers is prepared daily to deliver an extensive range of fresh homemade products to our customers. Whatever we don’t produce in house is sourced with a real passion for quality and excellence. Speciality foods from the best Irish artisan produces and international suppliers are brought together in our stores.

Company History

Donnybrook Fair’s flagship store opened its doors to the public in its current format almost 10 years ago. On its original site Donnybrook Fair had been serving the needs of its local customers for forty years, the owner Joe Doyle bought the property 19 years ago and set about implementing his dream of opening a fine food hall in the heart of Donnybrook.

With a strong vision and a passion for excellence he transformed the original store into what is now DF’s flagship store. Since opening the store in Donnybrook Joe has opened three sister stores in Greystones, Baggot Street and Stillorgan.

Over the years the company has evolved to include a Cookery School, Restaurant and Catering service. Throughout the company we are a committed to sharing our Ethos of “devoted to Food“.

We have a dedicated team of staff across the business who work each day to provide our customer with quality products and exceptional customer service that allows DF to stand out from other stores.

Our emphasis remains with the customer and we invest heavily in staff training and development, to our staff the knowledge and skills they require to provide first class customer service across the business.
