Our Meat Specialist - James Tormey
James is Donnybrook Fairs beef buyer. James is a master butcher, beef producer and farmer. He is part of the renowned family butchering business who has been involved in farming and retailing for almost 70 years.
James experience, expertise, commitment to high quality and standards is the hallmark of the Tormey Family. Being part of a family business steeped in beef production James has a unique expertise, from selection, to maturation, through to refrigeration and to the presentation of the products. James is the recipient of numerous highly coveted awards in the food business.
Donnybrook Fair is proud of its partnership with James who shares our passion for fine foods and high standards. All of our beef is hand selected by James and is 100% Irish Pasture reared, matured for a minimum of 21 days in a carefully controlled dry atmosphere to optimise tenderness and flavour. All of our beef is fully traceable from farm to fork.!.
