Our Deli

It is what happens behind the scenes that makes our Deli truly unique. Fresh food is transformed daily in the DF Kitchen by our team of in-house chefs to produce the finest fresh food range.

We have full control full over all ingredients, freshness of product, choice and variety, availability and taste. All of our food is made with no additives or preservatives.

The Kitchen

In the basement of our Morehampton Road store our kitchen, kicks to life at 6am each day. Our team of in-house chefs prepare and cook all of our products that are sold daily at our Deli Counters across our stores.


Delicatessen Head Chef – Naomi Gillespie

Naomi trained in Ballymaloe Cookery School in East Cork, Naomi has worked with Donnybrook Fair for the past six years. Naomi now leads a team of chefs to produce our fresh food offering and event catering menus. Over the years Naomi has worked to improve our in house recipes and expand our offering.


Production Kitchen

We run a small production facility to produce all pre-packed products. This allows us to produce an entire range of ready meals, salads, soups, sauces, yogurts and sandwiches for our stores.
