The cut-off for breakfast orders is 16:00 on the day before scheduled delivery. The cut-off for lunch orders is 10:00 for same day delivery. To avoid disappointment we require 48 hours' notice for event catering orders. Certain catering products have longer lead times, this will be indicated at the point of order.
Wine and Hamper Orders
The cut-off for wine and hamper orders is 48 hours' before scheduled delivery. Certain wine and hamper products have longer lead times, this will be indicated at the point of order. We endeavour to deliver your order within the nominated timeframe. Weekend deliveries are possible in Dublin only.
By placing an online order you are offering to make a purchase from us. If accepted by us, this will result in a binding contract. We will send an email to the address provided by you to complete acceptance of your offer to purchase.
Prices and Product Descriptions
Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions and product pricing are correct at the time of ordering. If we discover an error prior to shipping we will contact you and give you the option to take delivery at the correct prices. If you decline we will refund any amount taken from your credit/debit card at the time of ordering. Prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT.
We accept Visa credit/debit cards and MasterCard.
Card details are encrypted during online processing to protect your information.
The authority of the cardholder is required to complete a purchase. We may contact you and your issuing bank in order to validate this authority.
Prices for items are quoted exclusive of delivery charges which may apply dependant on the type of items ordered, your delivery address and the value of your order.
Where a delivery service is sought/available there will be free delivery for catering orders exceeding €30.00 to Dublin 2, 4 and 6. When a catering order to Dublin 2, 4 and 6 is less than the €30.00 minimum order value a charge of €10.00 will be added to your bill. A delivery charge of €10.00 applies to all areas outside of Dublin 2, 4 and 6. Your delivery charge is calculated at the point of purchase and displayed before checkout.
Cases of wine containing 12 bottles or more can be delivered free of charge to the greater Dublin area when orders are in excess of €150.00.
For hamper orders, delivery to Dublin and nationwide will incur a delivery charge of €9.50, and €19.50 to the UK. Charges on orders weighing in excess of 30kg may vary.
Deliveries will be made to the address stated on the order. Deliveries must be signed for by an adult over 18 years of age. Evidence of age may be required at the point of delivery.
We attempt to complete delivery within the nominated timeframe. If there is a delay with your delivery we will contact you to advise of a new delivery time and date.
Where a delivery is attempted but not possible, the delivery staff will leave notification of attempted delivery and will make contact to re-arrange. A charge may apply where a return visit is required for delivery, however every attempt will be made to deliver without a need to re-charge.
Please note that where your order includes alcoholic drink or any other product that is regulated by the Intoxicating Liqours Act, delivery may only be made within certain hours.
We try to ensure that all items listed are available for immediate shipping. On the rare occasion that we don't have the item you have ordered we promise to substitute with the closest match available. If the substitute is less expensive you will of course only be charged for the cheaper item. If the substitute is more expensive you will have the opportunity to return the products.
Alcohol Age Limit
You must be capable of proving to our delivery staff that the person accepting delivery of alcoholic drinks or other products governed by the Intoxicating Liquors Act is over 18 years of age. The acceptability of the proof of age provided will be at the discretion of our delivery staff.
Cancellation or amendments to orders must be made by 17:00 the day before the scheduled delivery. Lunch orders for same day delivery cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Cancellations or amendments after these cut-off times will incur a fee based on 30% of the original order value.
We do not accept returns save where the items delivered were incorrect or not of a merchantable quality. Returned orders will be refunded in full.
