Pago Casa Gran
The Pago Casa Gran is a small venture that began in 2006 in the south east of Spain near the city of Valencia. Their focus on indigenous varieties and their terroirs has meant that they are able to make wines in a focussed and quality manner. Almost no pumps are used, allowing the fruits to be naturally pressed; the organic principles in vineyard and winery, including the sole use of natural fertiliser in the vines, creates an incredible balance in the resulting wines.
