Casa Lapostolle are a brilliant winery set up by the Marnier Lapostolle family, owners of the famous Triple Sec, Grand Marnier. Their desire to establish a world-class winery in the Chilean shadows of the Andes at any cost was realised by the creation of their own set of super-located vineyards. They have literally blasted their way through the hills to ensure there is enough land in organic conversion to satisfy the demands that their wines have. From the top down, as the vineyards are organised, these wines are made with minimum yields set so that they never produce more than the quality will allow. This Cabernet, though it's their entry level, is full of their message - high quality and boutique style.
