Chateau Blomac
Chateau Blomac make full use of the wonderful conditions that they have in their vineyards, which are in the warm Mediterranean climate at the south of France. Using traditional grape varieties, they are able to obtain full ripeness in their grapes without the risks of disease and rot that other regions in France suffer. This means that there is a smooth and soft texture to this wine and it has the ability to age very well too. Still at great value, the wine is a great match for roast meats, grills and vegetable dishes.
