Chateau Jean Voisin
Chateau Jean Voisin is a St Emilion Grand Cru that over-delivers at its price point. Respected and recognised as a fine wine made through skill and respect for the vineyards, the wine has flavours of intense red berries, layers of spice, blackberry, forest fruits and integrated notes of liquorice and tobacco. Whilst some St Emilion Grand Crus are lucky to be called as such, there are those who would argue for Jean Voisin's inclusion as a Classed growth in the upper echelons of the system. Certainly it's not entirely fair, but for the moment we are happy to make hay and recommend this fantastic wine whilst the sun shines!
