Chicken Curry

A favourite among customers, our signature Chicken Curry is the perfect crowd pleaser. We sauté chunks of juicy chicken breast and sliced red pepper in our own special blend of Indian spices, then smother it in creamy coconut milk. Mild enough for anyone to try, it's perfect when partnered with our fragrant pilau rice. Serves up to 8 people. Rice not included, serving suggestion only.

Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Remove cover prior to reheating. For best results oven cook. Oven Instructions: Heat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 - 30 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving.
