Vegetarian Chickpea Roll

Not entirely unlike a vegetarian sausage roll, these Chickpea Rolls are perfect for a nice lunch snack, on the go or at the desk. They feature a delicious mixture of mashed chickpeas, feta cheese, pepper and pesto, all wrapped in a flaky puff pastry.

Serve hot or cold. Reheating in a microwave is not recommended.

Microwave (900W): Place Roll on plate in the centre of microwave, avoid touching off walls and door, sitting on a non metallic surface. Heat on full power for 2 minutes.

Oven: Heat Pie in a preheated oven at 200°C/ 400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6 for 8-10 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving.
