Christmas hampers are available for delivery and collection from 6th November. Cut-off for Christmas orders is 3pm, Thursday 14th December. Any orders placed after this date will be delivered post Christmas.

Some hamper gift products may depend on availability. If a hamper gift product is not available, we will ensure it is replaced with similar item of equal value.

Delivery Info

Please note, Christmas hampers are available for delivery or collection from your local D|F store from 6th November.

Cutoff date for all Christmas hampers and gifts is 3pm, Thursday 14th December. Orders placed after this time will be eligible for delivery post-Christmas only.

All gifts orders excluding gift cards are delivered by courier. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday only. You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched

Returns

Cancellation or amendments to gift orders must be made and confirmed directly with our sales team between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
