The Donnybrook Fair Red Wine Selection

For those who just love their red wine we have hand-selected three delicious wines from our cellar. The Laturce Reserva is a red wine from the region of Rioja made from a tempranillo grape. In the mouth this red wine is powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins and pairs well with poultry, beef or veal. The Oludeo La Soñadora is actually made by an Irish winemaker in Spain - Simon Tyrrell. The wine is made from 100% hand harvested Monastrell grapes, fermented in stainless steel and aged for 10 months in French oak. The wine is medium bodied with brambly fruit characters and a touch of spice, rounded tannins and a long, fresh finish. The Biscardo Neropasso is made by the Biscardo Family who have been producing wines for over 150 years. The wine is made from semi-dried grapes and it's bouquet is spicy with hints of cherry, black cherry and plum compote.
