Take the stress out of the festive season by treating yourself to our hand prepared Christmas Dinner in a Box. Our team of chefs will assemble the perfect festive dinner to feed up to 10 people, and present it to you across five beautiful courses – each one prepared with the same love and attention you'd invest in your own Christmas dinner. All that's left is to relax, spend time with your family and enjoy a hassle-free Christmas day.

~All our Christmas meats are carefully sourced by our team of Craft Butchers. Chosen for their superior taste and texture our, Christmas Turkeys are supplied locally from Feighcullen Farm in County Kildare while our traditionl hams arrive fresh from O’Briens Farm in County Kildare.

Our Mature Cheddar Cheese has taken several years to perfect. Its flavour is well balanced and strong, with a sharp nuttiness that gives way to a mouth-filling, creamy taste.

Preparation

Reheating instructions

Starter

Soup - Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Hob Instructions: Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Microwave instructions: Open lid and place back on top, Heat on full power for 5-7 minutes.  Stir, then heat for a further 1 minute.  Allow to stand for 1 minute prior to serving.


Mains


Turkey - Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Oven: Preheated oven to 170°C/ 338°F/ Gas mark 5. Slice the turkey and place onto a tray with a drop of water or stock on the base. Cover tightly with tin-foil and re-heat in oven for roughly 15-20 minutes.
 
Ham- Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Oven: Preheated oven to 170°C/ 338°F/ Gas mark 5. Slice ham and place into an oven-proof dish (with a splash of water or orange juice on the bottom). Cover tightly with tin-foil and re-heat for roughly 15-20 minutes.

Sides


Mash Potatoes -Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Remove film prior to reheating. Oven: Heat in a preheated oven at 190°C/ 375°F/Gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes. Microwave (900W): Place single tray in centre of microwave, avoid touching off walls and door, sitting on a non-metallic surface. Heat on full power for 5 minutes.

Brussels Sprouts- Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Remove film prior to reheating.  Oven: Heat in a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F/Gas mark 5 for 30 minutes.  Microwave (900W): Place single tray in centre of microwave, avoid touching off walls and door, sitting on a non-metallic surface. Heat on full power for 6 minutes.

Red Cabbage-Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Remove film prior to reheating.  Oven: Heat in a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F /Gas mark 5 for 30 minutes.  Microwave (900W): Place single tray in centre of microwave, to avoid touching off walls and door, sitting on a non-metallic surface. Heat on full power for 6 minutes. Can also be heated in a pan on the hob, stirring frequently.

Roast Root Vegetable- Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Remove film prior to reheating. For best results oven cook, heat in a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F/Gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes, turning the vegetables occasionally until golden in appearance.

Dauphinoise Potatoes- Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. For best results oven cook. Oven: Leave foil lid on container and pierce several times. Heat in a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F/Gas mark 5 for 50-60 minutes. Remove lid for final 20 minutes. Catering Foil is not suitable for Microwaves.

Stuffing- Oven: Remove film and heat in a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F /Gas mark 5 for 10-15 minutes. 

Cranberry Sauce- Cranberry sauce is served at room temperature and the Cumberland sauce needs to be very gently heated, either in the microwave dispensed into a microwaveable container for about 1 minute or on the hob on a low temperature for about 2 to 3 minutes.


Dessert


Pudding- is already fully cooked and only needs re-heating. The following is a guideline for re-heating in a Microwave (800W): Remove lid before re-heating. 1lb pudding: 2min 30 sec. Also, it could be re-heated by the slice in the microwave for about 15–20 seconds. 

Mince Pies- Mince pies are always best with a little heating, preferably in the oven for about 5 to10 minutes at 160°C/320°F

Brandy Butter - should be left out at room temperature before serving.
