Enjoy the meatiest part of our Free Range Irish Turkeys this Christmas, without the hassle of having to cook an entire bird. Raised with the same ethos behind all of our Christmas meats, you'll enjoy superior turkey breasts from turkeys that have been grown for just over 5 months. This allows for a rich layer of fat to build up that retains moisture when cooked, keeping the meat juicy and tender throughout.
Uncooked (Cooking Required)
1. Heat oven to 170°C fan/gas 5. Smear with butter all over the turkey breast and season all over with salt and pepper. 2. Put in a roasting tin, skin-side up, cover with tin foil, then remove the tin foil and roast for another 40 minutes per kg, or until the core temperature reaches 75°C. 3. Remove the turkey from the oven and rest in a warm place for 20 minutes before carving.
