This festive season, our goal is to provide you with a Christmas Turkey a cut above the rest. All of our turkeys are free-range, grass fed and allowed to mature slowly over a lengthy 5 month period. This extra time to grow allows them to develop a thicker layer of fat under the skin, which retains moisture when cooked and ultimately yields a much more succulent and rich flavour.


€13.99 per kg of Turkey.


This product is raw and requires cooking.

Preparation
1. Heat oven to 170°C fan/gas 5. Smear with butter all over the turkey crown and season all over with salt and pepper. 2. Put in a roasting tin, skin-side up, cover with tin foil, and roast for 40 minutes per kg for the first 4 kg, then remove the tin foil and cook for 45 minutes for every kg, or until the core temperature reaches 75°C 3. Remove the turkey from the oven and rest in a warm place for 20 minutes before carving.
