Description
Keep the soul warm this winter with our famous Irish Lamb Pie, baked fresh every day in by our team of chefs and ready to eat in minutes. We use only the finest lamb, minced and combined with hearty root vegetables before topping it off with buttery mashed potatoes. Irish comfort food at its very best! Serves up to 8 people.
Preparation
For best results oven cook. Remove contents from bag and pour into foil tray. Replace lid. Oven: Heat in a preheated oven at 375°F/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5 for 45-50 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving and that core temperature is over 75 deg Celsius. *The above are guidelines only as variations occur between appliances. Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within one month. Once defrosted consume within 24 hours.
