Beef sirloin is an incredible roasting meat, and our beef selectors make sure to pick only the finest cuts for the best flavour and texture. Each cut is sourced locally, aged for 28 days and trimmed by our expert butchers. 


This product is raw and requires cooking.

Preparation
1. Heat oven to 240°C fan/gas 9. Smear with butter all over the rib roast beef on the bone and season all over with salt and pepper. 2. Put in a roasting tin, skin-side up, and roast for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180°C/160°C fan/gas 4 and cook for 20 minutes per kg for medium rare, 30 minutes per kg for well done or until the core temperature reaches 75°C. 3. Remove the roast beef from the oven and rest in a warm place for 20 minutes before carving."
