Spiced Beef (Per KG)
A great deal of time and care goes into preparing our exclusive Donnybrook Fair Spiced Beef. Starting in October, our chefs prepare the meat by curing it for an entire month. The beef is then spiced down using a dearly guarded family recipe before allowing the flavours to mature and infuse with the meat for 1 month further. By December, all that's left is for you to enjoy the best spiced beef you're ever likely to taste.
