All of the meat, none of the fuss! A juicy crown of free range Irish turkey, sourced locally and prepared by our craft butchers. It makes a wonderful centre piece to any catering spread and tastes as good as it looks.


€21.99 per kg of turkey.


This product is raw and requires cooking. Comes unstuffed.

Preparation
1. Heat oven to 170°C fan/gas 5. Smear with butter all over the turkey crown and season all over with salt and pepper. 2. Put in a roasting tin, skin-side up, cover with tin foil, and roast for 70 minutes, then remove the tin foil and roast for another 20 minutes per kg, or until the core temperature reaches 75°C. 3. Remove the turkey from the oven and rest in a warm place for 20 minutes before carving.
