Jean Bousquet, Cabernet Sauvignon

Jean Bousquet originated in France and as a result it's not surprising to find the quintessential Bordeaux variety being made in his winery, even though many others around him would focus entirely on Malbec. This organic Cabernet Sauvignon again shows that Argentina is no one-trick pony! A smooth and quite concentrated red, it has flavours of cassis, tobacco, plum and subtle vanilla spice. Very good with roasted meats and on its own.
