Joseph Drouhin
Maison Joseph Drouhin, based in their historic headquarters in Beuane, have been making wine since 1880 and are widely considered one of the top of the grower-producer houses in the region. With over 90 wines made each year from the 101 appellations that Burgundy has, their range stretches from the northern limits of Chablis to the southern vineyards of the Maconnais. This Pouilly Fumé is one of the jewels in the crown of their southern vineyards. It is concentrated with delicious flavours of ripe apples, cashew nuts, vanilla notes and melon, and has a long finish that leaves a coating texture on the palate.
