Los Espinos
Los Espinos takes its name from the spikey needles on the stem of roses, a homage to the hard and often painful work that has to be taken to create beautiful wine from a barren patch of vineyard area. Made specifically to match foods in a wide range of styles, this is dry and higher in malic acid than many other wineries would dare to go, but because of its fruit quality, retains balance and freshness that keeps the wine beautifully drinkable and versatile
