Martin Berdugo
Antonio Martin is a fantastic character and started making wine in the family winery in 2000. A great passion has now been joined by his growing experience and skill in working the vineyards to get the best fruit and most representative style into his wines. From this wine with the least amount of aging, to his rarely made MB (muy bueno) his wines all command respect at the highest tables of critics and followers alike. This Joven is fresh and indeed feels young, but not to a fault. It has layers of red fruit and is structured enough to age for a few years, which allows for some spice and plum flavours to develop. It is excellent with all types of Spanish cuisine.
