Description
Mont Rocher is the French project of winemaking team Giles Cooke and Fergal Tynan both of whom are MWs and based in the UK (though Fergal is originally from Salins). Made from old vines in Languedoc, it has apricot and peach flavours with nuanced spice and low acidity. Very good with meats, roasts, salads and fish. The same winery makes Carignan and Malbec, all from old vines and all with the same respect for soil, variety and quality.
