Moulin des Rimberges
The Moulin de Camus estate is owned and run by the winemakers, Catherine and Francis, who live in Vallet, a small town in the heart of the Muscadet Sevre et Maine appellation. They are both highly passionate about the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety, whic, by aw, is the single variety of this wonderful wine region. For many years' worth of research and their travel and their vintages, they have come to understand fully the properties that this grape has and especially the ways it can be celebrated in their terroir. Mica and schist soils are dominant throughout the ​​45 hectares of their vines. They are convinced moreover that it is the besy comination for their winesmaking - and share this gladly with the world!
