This classic Greek dish comes alive in our kitchens, where our team of chefs bake juicy minced beef under layers of sweet potato, aubergune and creamy cheese. It’s made with love and attention you can taste, and is complimented well by potatoes, pasta or rice. Serves up to 8 people. Mashed potatoes not included, serving suggestion only.
Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Remove cover prior to reheating. For best results oven cook. Oven Instructions: Heat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 - 30 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving. Best served with our Basmati and Wild Rice.
