Our delicious, Italian inspired Tomato and Basil soup is a longtime favourite in both our kitchen and customers alike! Italian vine tomatoes are gently simmered with onions in vegetable stock and blended with fresh basil leaves. Fresh and wholesome warmth in a bowl. Serves up to 6 guests.

Carrot (15%), Parsnip (15%), Turnip (15%), CELERY (15%), Celeriac (15%), Vegetable Stock [SOYA, CELERY] (8%), Onion (11%), Seasoning, Sunflower Oil (6%), Water.

Preparation Instructions

Hob Instructions: Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Ensure piping hot on serving.
Microwave instructions: Open lid and place back on top. Heat on full power for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for a further 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute prior to serving. Ensure piping hot on serving.
