We aim to dispatch all gift orders with 24 to 48 hours, however this may vary depending on product availability peak trading hours. Most gift products can be delivered or collected within 5 working days from time of ordering.

All gifts orders excluding gift cards are delivered by courier. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday only. You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched

Cancellation or amendments to gift orders must be made and confirmed directly with our sales team between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
