The Edge Pinot Noir

The Edge Pinot Noir is a premium red wine that hails from the Central Otago region of New Zealand. This region is renowned for its cool climate and unique terroir, which contributes to the distinctive character of this Pinot Noir.

This wine is made from carefully selected grapes, hand-picked from vineyards that are located on the edge of the Bannockburn Inlet. The grapes are treated with utmost care to ensure that only the best fruit goes into the wine. The result is a Pinot Noir that is characterized by its deep ruby color and intense aromas.

On the nose, The Edge Pinot Noir is marked by intense aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant, accompanied by hints of vanilla, cloves, and cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied, with a silky texture and a long finish. The flavours are complex and layered, with ripe fruit flavours complemented by earthy notes of mushrooms and forest floor.

This Pinot Noir is an excellent accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, including roasted meats, grilled vegetables, and rich pasta dishes. It also makes a wonderful match with artisanal cheeses and dark chocolate. A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. Orders over €95 qualify for free delivery and no fee is applied for in-store collection.

We aim to dispatch all wine orders within 24 to 48 hours, however this may vary depending on product availability and during peak trading hours. Most wine products will be delivered or can be collected within 5 working days from time of ordering.

All wine deliveries are provided by courier. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday only. You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation or amendments to wine orders must be made and confirmed directly with our sales team between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
