Aromatic Red Cabbage

A must-have side dish in any Christmas spread, our Red Cabbage is prepared by adding red currant, sultanas and juiced apples which gives it a wonderful, Christmasy flavour. Ready to reheat for your convenience.

Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Remove film prior to reheating. Oven: Cover with tinfoil & Heat in a preheated oven at 190°C/ 375°F/Fan 160°C/Gas mark 5 for 30 minutes. Microwave (900W): Place single tray in centre of microwave, to avoid touching off walls and door, sitting on a non metallic surface. Heat on full power for 6 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving.
