Incredibly tender when roasted, our beef Rib on the Bone looks incredible as part of a Christmas dinner and tastes even better. All of our beef is hand selected by James Tormey, our meat specialist, and is fully traceable from farm to fork. It is 100% Irish pasture reared and matured for a minimum of 21 days, to optimise texture and flavour.

Approx. 3kg, Serves 8-10 guests.

This product is raw and requires cooking.

1. Heat oven to 240°C fan/gas 9. Smear with butter all over the rib roast beef on the bone and season all over with salt and pepper. 2. Put in a roasting tin, skin-side up, and roast for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180°C/160°C fan/gas 4 and cook for 20 minutes per kg for medium rare, 30 minutes per kg for well done or until the core temperature reaches 75°C. 3. Remove the roast beef from the oven and rest in a warm place for 20 minutes before carving.
