Our Roasted Root Vegetables will make your Sunday roast just that little bit more convenient. It's straightforward, colourful mixture of sliced carrot, parsnip, turnip and celeriac, all tossed in olive oil and thyme for that extra bit of flavour. Cooks in only 35 minutes and suitable for up to 12 people.
Remove film prior to reheating. For best results oven cook. Oven: Heat in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F/Gas mark 5 for 25 - 35 minutes turning the vegetables occasionally until golden. Ensure piping hot on serving.
