Vegetarian food doesn't get much better than this. We combine layers of aubergine, courgette and peppers with tomato sauce, béchamel and lasagne sheets to create this colourful and downright healthy version of Vegetarian Lasagne. Who knows? It may even taste good enough to make you consider turning veggie! Serves up to 8 people.
Product is fully cooked and only requires reheating prior to consumption. Remove cover prior to reheating. For best results oven cook. Oven Instructions: Heat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 - 30 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving.
