Our Salmon en Croûte is the ultimate show stopper at gatherings, no matter what the occasion. We source only the freshest salmon, wrap it in elegantly decorated puff pastry with spinach and bake it until crumbly and golden.
Slice up and serve or reheat in a preheated oven 165C/325F/Gas Mark 4 on a nonstick tray for 20 – 25 minutes.
