Description
Our Salmon en Croûte is the ultimate show stopper at gatherings, no matter what the occasion. We source only the freshest salmon, wrap it in elegantly decorated puff pastry with spinach and bake it until crumbly and golden.
Preparation
Slice up and serve or reheat : place catering tray in a preheated oven at 200°C/ 400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6 for 10 - 15 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving. *The above are guidelines only as variations occur
