A series of week-long cookery classes in a fun learning environment
where young people can develop skills for life, a healthy approach
to food along with a newfound confidence and independence
in the kitchen.
As well as practical hands-on cooking and key kitchen skills, other areas
covered throughout the week include: choosing seasonable produce;
menu planning; sustainability; nutrition and health for life;
team-building and problem solving. A new theme is explored every day.
