All of our ham is carefully selected by our meat experts to ensure you enjoy only the best quality meat. These hams are mild-cure and come pre-smoked, which adds a wonderful depth in flavour that isn't too overpowering once fully cooked. Perfect as the centrepiece of your Christmas dinner, or alongside any other meat of your choosing.

Uncooked (Cooking Required)
1. Heat oven to 170°C fan/gas 5. Smear with butter all over the ham. 2. Put in a roasting tin, skin-side up, and roast for 50 minutes per kg, or until the core temperature reaches 75°C. 3. Remove the ham from the oven and rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before carving.
