Vegetarian food doesn't get much better than this. We combine layers of aubergine, courgette and peppers with tomato sauce, béchamel and lasagne sheets to make the perfect vegetarian dish for you to enjoy. Serves 2 (700 gram).
Remove film prior to reheating. For best results oven cook. Oven: Heat in a preheated oven at 200°C/ 400°F/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6 for 20-30 minutes. Microwave (900W): Place single tray in centre of microwave, to avoid touching off walls, sitting on a non metallic surface. Heat on full power for 7½ minutes.
