Availability of Local Food Delivery is determined by distance. You can check availability for your shipping address, by keying your Eircode or Shipping address at our website Cart Page.
The availbility for Local Food Delivery is limited per day and time slots. We operate the availbility on first-come, first-served basis. You can check the avaibility of dates and times on the calendar, shown at the Cart Page.
You can also order food for in-store Pickup at our Donnybrook, Baggot Street, Stillorgan, Greystones and Malahide stores.
Non-Perishable Hampers and Wine orders can be delivered nationwide in Ireland.
You can select your delivery time in the date and time section of the Cart Page for catering orders.
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm the date and time of your delivery.
A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders
No delivery fee is applied for in-store collections.
We accept payment by credit/debit cards and American Express.
On completion of your order, we'll send your a confirmation email detailing your order.

Cancellations must be requested no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.

Please note that due to our kitchen's production schedule, some products may not be possile to add to your order if your request is made under 72 hours before your delivery or collection date.

Some of our products require reheating. You can find a full list of instructions on how to prepare your food under the 'Preparation Instructions' tab on each product page.
Instructions will also be included on each product label.

Please note that all of our food products are prepared in an environment that handles allergens, therefore we cannot guarantee our foods are free from cross contamination.
For orders over €250, bespoke gifts can be arranged. Just email your requirements to sales@donnybrookfair.ie and a member of our team will be in touch
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Gift orders are usually dispatched within 48-72 hours after the order is placed. In some circumstances it may even be shipped sooner than this.
We are happy to arrange international shipping. Please email sales@donnybrookfair.ie with details of what you would like shipped and the location and a member of our team will be in touch.

Your refund will be visible on your statement between 1 and 10 days after it has been processed, in line with the processing lead times of your payment provider.
