Catering

What delivery options are available?

We offer local delivery within Dublin for catering orders. You can check if your address is eligible in the postcode tab on the cart page. You can also order food for in-store collection at our Donnybrook, Baggot Street, Stillorgan, Greystones and Malahide stores.

Can I choose what date and time I receive my delivery?

You can select your delivery time in the date and time section of the cart page. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm the date and time of your delivery.

Is there a delivery fee?

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all catering orders. Orders over €95 qualify for free delivery. No delivery fee is applied for in-store collections.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

On completion of your order, we'll send your a confirmation email detailing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can canel your order directly with our catering team between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday at sales@donnybrookfair.ie or by calling us at 01 668 3556.

Canellations must be requested no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.

Can I add items to my order after it has been placed?

To add items to your order, please contact sales@donnybrookfair.ie and our team will help you add any additional items. You will then receive an updated payment request to complete your order.

Please note that due to our kitchen's production schedule, some products may not be possile to add to your order if your request is made under 72 hours before your delivery or collection date.

Food

Does your food require reheating?

Some of our products require reheating. You can find a full list of instructions on how to prepare your food under the 'Preparation Instructions' tab on each product page.

Instructions will also be included on each product label.

Where can I find allergen information?

You can find allergen information for each of our products in te 'ingredients and allergens' tab.

Please note that all of our food products are prepared in an environment that handles allergens, therefore we cannot guarantee our foods are free from cross contamination.

Gifts

Can you make bespoke gifts?

For orders over €250, bespoke gifts can be arranged. Just email your requirements to sales@donnybrookfair.ie and a member of our team will be in touch

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long will it take for my gift to be dispatched?

Gift orders are usually dispatched within 48-72hrs after the order is placed. In some circumstances it may even be shipped sooner than this.

Do you ship overseas?

We are happy to arrange international shipping. Please email sales@donnybrookfair.ie with details of what you would like shipped and the location and a member of our team will be in touch.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your policy for food order cancellations?

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be visible on your statement between 1 and 10 days after it has been processed, in line with the processing lead times of your payment provider.
