Two incredible Spanish wines, specially selected for their ability to match food this Christmas season.
Monte Xiabre Albariño (ABV 12.5%) is a crisp and refreshing white wine from the Rías Baixas region in northwest Spain, made from the Albariño grape variety. It has a bright and pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and an inviting aroma of ripe citrus fruits, green apple, and hints of white flowers. On the palate, this wine is light to medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and a refreshing minerality. It has flavours of juicy peach, lemon, and grapefruit, with a touch of salinity that is characteristic of wines from this coastal region. The finish is long and zesty, leaving a mouth-watering impression. Monte Xiabre Albariño pairs well with a variety of dishes, including seafood, grilled vegetables, and light salads. It also makes a great aperitif to enjoy on a warm summer day. This wine is best served chilled to enhance its refreshing qualities.
Era Costana Reserva (ABV 13.5%) meanwhile is a classic Rioja red wine, featuring a deep ruby-red colour and a complex aroma of ripe red fruit, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it offers a medium-to-full body with integrated tannins and a blend of red and dark berry flavours, accompanied by notes of cedar and tobacco. The extended aging process gives it depth and a satisfying, long-lasting finish. It pairs beautifully with roasted meats, lamb, and aged cheeses, making it a fine example of Rioja winemaking tradition.

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. No fee is applied for in-store collection.
Food Deliveries:
All of our food orders are made to order and can be delivered or collected 48 hours from time of ordering. A 2pm cut off deadline applies to all food and catering orders. Orders placed after 2pm cannot be guaranteed within 48 hours. If this product is ordered with a product that has a 72 hour lead time, the 72 hour lead time will apply at the checkout. Available dates and delivery or collection time slots are shown at checkout.
All our food and catering products are delivered using refrigerated vehicles. Upon receiving the order, the goods must be stored in a chilled refrigerator or container with a temperature of 0-5° Celsius until ready for consumption.
Alcohol & Gifting:
We aim to dispatch all alcohol & gifting orders within 24 to 48 hours, however this may vary depending on product availability and during peak trading hours. Most orders will be delivered or can be collected within 3-5 working days from time of ordering.
All alcohol/gifting deliveries are provided by courier. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday only. You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
