Esporão Assobio Tinto Duoro

Esporão Assobio Tinto Douro is a red wine that showcases the rich terroir and native grape varieties of Portugal's famed Douro Valley. It is made from hand-picked grapes, including Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Franca, and is aged in French oak barrels for 6-8 months.

This wine has a complex aroma of ripe red and black fruits, with notes of spice and herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied with balanced acidity and tannins, offering flavours of dark berries, vanilla, and a touch of smokiness. It is a wine that can be enjoyed now or aged for a few years to develop further complexity.

Esporão Assobio Tinto Douro pairs well with a variety of foods, including grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and flavourful cheeses. Its bold flavours and balanced acidity make it an excellent match for hearty dishes and robust flavours.

Fresh and intense with dominant red berry and plum fruit, well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity ending with a long, bright and juicy finish.

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. Orders over €95 qualify for free delivery and no fee is applied for in-store collection.

We aim to dispatch all wine orders within 24 to 48 hours, however this may vary depending on product availability and during peak trading hours. Most wine products will be delivered or can be collected within 5 working days from time of ordering.

All wine deliveries are provided by courier. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday only. You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation or amendments to wine orders must be made and confirmed directly with our sales team between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
