Our team of chefs will assemble the perfect festive dinner to serve up to 10 people, and present it to you across five beautiful courses – each one prepared with the same love and attention you'd invest in your own Christmas dinner. All that's left to do is relax, spend time with your family and enjoy a hassle-free Christmas day.

Preparation Instructions

Handmade Vegetable Soup or Wild Mushroom Soup:
Hob Instructions: Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Microwave instructions: Open lid and place back on top, Heat on full power for 2 minute. Stir, then heat for a further 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute prior to serving. Ensure piping hot on serving.

Unstuffed Irish Turkey Breast:
Oven: Preheated oven to 170°C/ 338°F/ Gas mark 5. Slice the turkey and fan onto a tray with a drop of water or stock on the base. Cover tightly with tin-foil and re-heat in oven for roughly 20-25 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving.

Irish Honey Glazed Ham off The Bone:
Oven: Preheated oven to 170°C/ 338°F/ Gas mark 5. Slice ham and fan into an oven-proof dish (with a splash of water or orange juice on the bottom). Cover tightly with tin-foil and re-heat for roughly 20-25 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving.

Dauphinoise Potatoes:
Remove film prior to reheating. For best results oven cook. Oven: Heat in a preheated oven at 200°C/ 400°F/Gas mark 6 for 15-20 minutes. Microwave (900W): Place single tray in centre of microwave, to avoid touching off walls and door, sitting on a non-metallic surface. Heat on full power for 3½ minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving.

Roast Root Vegetables:
Remove film prior to reheating. For best results oven cook, heat in a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F/Gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes, turning the vegetables occasionally until golden in appearance. Ensure piping hot on serving.

Brussels Sprouts:
Remove film prior to reheating. Oven: Heat in a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F/Gas mark 5 for 30 minutes. Microwave (900W): Place single tray in centre of microwave, avoid touching off walls and door, sitting on a non-metallic surface. Heat on full power for 6 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving.

Aromatic Red Cabbage:
Remove film prior to reheating. Oven: Heat in a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F /Gas mark 5 for 30 minutes. Microwave (900W): Place single tray in centre of microwave, to avoid touching off walls and door, sitting on a non-metallic surface. Heat on full power for 6 minutes. Can also be heated in a pan on the hob, stirring frequently. Ensure piping hot on serving.

D|F Parsley & Sage Stuffing:
Oven: Remove film and heat in a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F /Gas mark 5 for 10-15 minutes.

Homemade Gravy:
Hob Instructions: Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Microwave instructions: Open lid and place back on top, Heat on full power for 2 minutes. Stir, then heat for a further 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute prior to serving. Ensure piping hot on serving.

Delivery Info

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. Orders over €95 qualify for free delivery and no fee is applied for in-store collection.

Cutoff date for all Christmas food orders is 3pm, Thursday 14th December. Orders placed after this time will be eligible for delivery post-Christmas only.

All our food and catering products are delivered using refrigerated vehicles. Upon receiving the order, the goods must be stored in a chilled refrigerator or container with a temperature of 0-5° Celsius until ready for consumption.

Returns

Cancellation or amendments to catering orders must be made and confirmed directly with our online catering department between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
