Mar de Frades Albariño is a crisp and aromatic white wine from the Rías Baixas region of northwest Spain, made exclusively from the Albariño grape variety. It has a pale golden color with greenish hues and an intense and complex aroma of ripe tropical fruits, citrus, and white flowers, with a hint of salinity that is characteristic of wines from this coastal region.

On the palate, this wine is bright and refreshing, with vibrant acidity and a lively minerality. It has flavours of juicy pineapple, peach, and citrus fruits, with a touch of herbaceousness that adds complexity and depth. The finish is long and crisp, leaving a refreshing and invigorating sensation in the mouth.

It pairs well with a wide variety of foods, including seafood, grilled vegetables, salads, and sushi. It is also an excellent aperitif to enjoy on its own, especially on a warm summer day. This wine is best served chilled to enhance its crisp and refreshing qualities.

Delivery Info

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. Orders over €95 qualify for free delivery and no fee is applied for in-store collection.

We aim to dispatch all wine orders within 24 to 48 hours, however this may vary depending on product availability and during peak trading hours. Most wine products will be delivered or can be collected within 5 working days from time of ordering.

All wine deliveries are provided by courier. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday only. You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Cancellation or amendments to wine orders must be made and confirmed directly with our sales team between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
