Garzon Tannat Reserva

Garzon Tannat Reserva is a red wine from Uruguay, produced by the Bodega Garzon winery, which is renowned for its commitment to sustainability and innovation.

The wine is made from 100% Tannat grapes, which are native to the southwest of France and have found a new home in Uruguay. The grapes are hand-harvested from the estate's own vineyards, which benefit from a unique terroir characterized by rocky soils and a maritime-influenced climate.

Garzon Tannat Reserva is fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 12 months in a combination of new and used French oak barrels, which impart subtle notes of vanilla and spice to the wine.

On the nose, this wine has intense aromas of dark berries, plum, and cassis, along with notes of black pepper and chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins and a robust structure, featuring flavours of black cherry, dark chocolate, and a hint of leather.

This wine is highly regarded for its quality and has won numerous awards and accolades from critics. It pairs well with hearty dishes such as roasted meats, stews, and aged cheeses. It can be enjoyed now or cellared for several years to allow its flavours to further develop and evolve.

Rich, ripe and intensely fruited with mixed berry fruit, notes of liquorice, dark chocolate and cardamom.

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. Orders over €95 qualify for free delivery and no fee is applied for in-store collection.

We aim to dispatch all wine orders within 24 to 48 hours, however this may vary depending on product availability and during peak trading hours. Most wine products will be delivered or can be collected within 5 working days from time of ordering.

All wine deliveries are provided by courier. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday only. You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation or amendments to wine orders must be made and confirmed directly with our sales team between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
