The Picnic Basket Top-Up

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. No fee is applied for in-store collection.

Food Deliveries:

Delivery of chilled catering food is available within the Dublin area only. You can check whether delivery is available to your location by entering your Eircode or address at checkout.

Available delivery dates and time slots will be displayed at checkout.

All of our catering orders are freshly prepared to order and can be delivered or collected from 72 hours from the time of ordering. A 2pm cut-off applies to all food and catering orders. Orders placed after 2pm cannot be guaranteed within 72 hours.

If a food order includes a product with a longer lead time, the longer lead time will apply to the entire order at checkout.

All our food and catering products are delivered using refrigerated vehicles and are supplied chilled, not hot. Upon receiving your order, the goods must be stored in a chilled refrigerator or suitable container at 0–5°C until ready for consumption.

Reheating is required before serving. We do not supply serving or reheating equipment. Please ensure suitable facilities are available before placing your order.

Alcohol & Gifting:
We aim to dispatch all alcohol & gifting orders within 24 to 48 hours, however this may vary depending on product availability and during peak trading hours. Most orders will be delivered or can be collected within 3-5 working days from time of ordering.

All alcohol/gifting deliveries are provided by courier. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday only. You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation or amendments to all orders must be made and confirmed directly with our website team between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.

Cancellations or amendments of Christmas Orders, must be requested and confirmed directly with our website team by the cut off date 14th of December.
