Castillo de Perelada Stars Rosé Cava Brut

Castillo de Perelada Stars Rosé Cava Brut is a sparkling wine produced in the Cava region of Spain. It is made by the prestigious Castillo de Perelada winery, which is known for its high-quality wines and has a history that dates back to the 14th century.

This Cava is made using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, also known as méthode champenoise. It is a blend of three grape varieties: Garnacha, Trepat, and Monastrell. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on the lees for a minimum of 12 months, which gives it a complex and nuanced flavour profile.

Castillo de Perelada Stars Rosé Cava Brut has a beautiful pink color with fine and persistent bubbles. The aroma is fresh and fruity, with notes of red berries, citrus, and floral undertones. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavours of strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of minerality.

This Cava is a versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes, including seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes. It is an excellent choice for celebrations and special occasions or simply for enjoying on its own.

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. Orders over €95 qualify for free delivery and no fee is applied for in-store collection.

We aim to dispatch all wine orders within 24 to 48 hours, however this may vary depending on product availability and during peak trading hours. Most wine products will be delivered or can be collected within 5 working days from time of ordering.

All wine deliveries are provided by courier. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday only. You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation or amendments to wine orders must be made and confirmed directly with our sales team between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
