Vegetarian 'Shepherdless' Pie

A Shepherd's Pie without the meat naturally has to be 'Shepherdless', don't you think? This deliciously pie substitutes lamb mince with vegetables, lentils, herbs and spices, all topped with our creamy mashed potato. A savoury and filling alternative to a classic Irish dish, suitable for vegetarians. Serves up to 8 guests.

Mash Potatoes (50%) (Potatoes [SULPHITES], Cream [MILK], Salted Butter [MILK], White Pepper), Tomatoes, Red Lentils (6%), Carrot (5%), Onion, Puy Lentils (2%), Beluga Lentils, CELERY, Red Pepper, Tomato Paste, Water, Vegetable Oil [SOYA], Sea Salt, Garlic, Brown Sugar, Cumin Ground, Coriander Ground, Cinnamon Ground, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Ground Black Pepper

For best results, oven cook. Oven: Leave foil lid on container and pierce several times. Heat in a preheated oven at 375°F/ Fan 170°C/ Gas Mark 5 for 50-60 minutes. Remove lid for final 20 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving and ensure that core temperature is over 75°C.*The above are guidelines only as variations occur between appliances.

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. Orders over €95 qualify for free delivery and no fee is applied for in-store collection.

This product is made to order and can be delivered or collected 72 hours from time of ordering. A 2pm cut off deadline applies to all food and catering orders. Orders placed after 2pm cannot be guaranteed within 72 hours. Available dates and delivery or collection time slots are shown at checkout.

All our food and catering products are delivered using refrigerated vehicles. Upon receiving the order, the goods must be stored in a chilled refrigerator or container with a temperature of 0-5° Celsius until ready for consumption.

Cancellation or amendments to catering orders must be made and confirmed directly with our online catering department between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
