William Fèvre Chablis

William Fèvre is a renowned winery in the Chablis region of Burgundy, France, known for producing high-quality Chardonnay wines. The winery was founded by William Fèvre in 1959, and today it encompasses over 78 hectares (193 acres) of vineyards, including some of the most prestigious plots in Chablis.

William's winemaking philosophy is centered around respecting the unique terroir of Chablis, with its distinct Kimmeridgian limestone soils and cool climate. The winery practices sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the character of the grapes and the terroir to shine through in the finished wines.

The William Fèvre portfolio includes a range of Chablis wines, from the entry-level Champs Royaux to the top-tier Grand Cru bottlings. The wines are known for their purity, minerality, and elegant balance of fruit and acidity. Whether enjoyed in their youth or aged for several years, William Fèvre Chablis wines offer a true expression of the Chablis terroir and the skilled craftsmanship of the winemakers.

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. Orders over €95 qualify for free delivery and no fee is applied for in-store collection.

We aim to dispatch all wine orders within 24 to 48 hours, however this may vary depending on product availability and during peak trading hours. Most wine products will be delivered or can be collected within 5 working days from time of ordering.

All wine deliveries are provided by courier. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday only. You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation or amendments to wine orders must be made and confirmed directly with our sales team between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
