Award winning wine. Great varietal character with marked floral notes plus stand out herbaceous and fruity aromas. A fresh tasty balanced crispness with an elegant aftertaste, enhanced by a hint of citrus. Enjoy this with smoked salmon.

Domaine Tourrey Chablis
This Chablis has a fresh and lively nose with a beautiful structure. Clean, Crisp and a good persistence. Pairs beautifully with turkey and pâté.

Paul Doucet & Fils Sancerre
Dry and intense, with a powerful mineral almost gunflint edge. It is edgy, bursting with gooseberry fruit, a hint of fresh herbs and a mouthwateringly fresh finish. Try this with turkey and salads. 

Casato di Melzi Solepasso Passito
The Bouquet is spicy with hints of cherry and plum compote. A fine and velvety palate, persistent, with soft tannins on the finish. Exceptional with ham or roast turkey.
