What would Christmas dinner be without them? Floury potatoes, roasted in luxurious duck fat until crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Serves up to 10 guests.

Preparation Instructions

Remove film prior to reheating. Oven: Heat in a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F/Gas mark 5 for 30 - 50 minutes. Until golden. Ensure piping hot on serving.

Delivery Info

A flat delivery rate of €10.50 applies to all orders. Orders over €95 qualify for free delivery and no fee is applied for in-store collection.

Cutoff date for all Christmas food orders is 3pm, Thursday 14th December. Orders placed after this time will be eligible for delivery post-Christmas only.

All our food and catering products are delivered using refrigerated vehicles. Upon receiving the order, the goods must be stored in a chilled refrigerator or container with a temperature of 0-5° Celsius until ready for consumption.

Returns

Cancellation or amendments to catering orders must be made and confirmed directly with our online catering department between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday and no later than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or store collection date.
