Uncooked Free-Range Bronze Irish Turkey
Preparation
Make this Christmas special by treating yourself to one of our Free-Range Bronze Irish Turkeys. Grass fed and allowed to mature over a lengthy 5 months period, this particular breed of turkey yields a much darker, tender and gamier meat. The extended growth period allows them to build up an extra thick layer of fat under the skin, which retains moisture when cooked to give you a meat that's incredibly moist and succulent.
We source our turkeys locally from Feighcullen Farm in Country Kildare, where our trusted suppliers have been raising poultry for generations.
Our turkeys are available in kg weights from 5kg to 10kg.
